You may think you don't know what you’re doing, when the real problem is you don't believe in yourself. With confidence and clarity, you can become your best you and do your best work.

However, you can change yourself to have more impact on others. You can change how you react, how you work with other people, and the way you communicate your message to inspire change.
3: It’s your role as leader to model vulnerability
When people open up and show who they truly are, they learn how to get the best out of each other. And everyone feels more comfortable when they realise everybody has the same inner critics and fears.

4: Your team are doing the best they can
When you understand that, it takes away any feelings of annoyance. You look at your team differently, take ownership of the situation, and ask yourself what you can do to support them to excel.
