Nikki Joyce coaches, mentors and advises clients to help them realise what’s possible, both personally and professionally. With a unique ability to connect with a wide spectrum of leaders, she has contributed to countless success stories of various executives and companies.

With over 23 Years Leadership Experience in the medical, educational and sales fields, Nikki has worked with a wide variety of organisations from owning her own small businesses, to working for the government in a District Health Board, to being part of large organisations and schools.

Oh... and in her spare time, Nikki lives in Auckland with her husband and Sheepadoodle, is a mum to two young men (both currently at University), loves her family and friends, tennis, good food and health and wellbeing.  She has a passion for learning and is continually growing in everything she does.

She is a certified coach through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, and a member of the Institute of Directors.
